Crafts on the Move makes it easy to host a FUN and relaxing party for adults and children.  We design the craft that you & your guests recreate with your own flare.  Our project is designed to inspire your creative ideas. 

Select a date and time for your event.  Each host must guarantee a minimum of 6 participants (including host).  Maximum attendees is 8 people.  Host will select a project for everyone to create from our current craft offerings.  Cost per person starts at $35.00 per person and includes all supplies, materials, tools, and instruction from our patient personnel.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.  The balance must be paid 24 hours prior to the scheduled party.  No refunds for gatherings.  A kit will be provided for those who cannot attend in person. 

Adults

Card workshop includes all supplies, materials, tools, and instruction for 2- 4 cards.  Card projects are for beginners to advance and will be pre-selected by the host prior to the party.  More elaborate card workshop will be limited to 2 cards each, and all cards include envelopes.

Notepads workshops include all the supplies, materials, tools, and instruction for 1 custom cut notepad.  Notepads are fun to make,  easy to assemble, and make great gifts.  Kits available for an additional fee.  Notepads can be bound by ribbon, rings, or metal spiral binding.

Children (ages 5 - 14)

I Spy Rice Jar party includes 1 pint plastic container and assorted colored rice, a selection of fun items to fill jar.  Plus, each child will make 3 Shrinky Dinks to include in jar.  Jar also comes with a small magnetized  tag notepad to attached to lid.

Glitter Jar party includes a 1 pint plastic container, colorful selection of glitters, food coloring, ingredients to make the liquid, ribbon, and 3 Shrinky Dinks to make charm to hang off of the lid.

Children (ages 8-14)

Paper Making party includes all the supplies and tools to create 6 sheets of their own recycled paper.  Birthday child will select paper colors and an assortment of add-ins such as glitter, tissue, paper, essential oils, and confetti.  No two sheets are the same.  Paper sheets may need to be picked up at a later date, varies on drying time.

Notepad making party includes all the paper, supplies, and decorations to create a shaped notepad which can be used for a journal or drawing pad.  The notepads can be bound by ribbon or metal spiral binding.

Please bring your own snacks, beverages, and party ware.  COTM has a designated area to set up refreshments.  The craft tables will be covered with Kraft paper, and you can supply a table cover for the refreshment table, along with any decorations.  Please note host is responsible for serving and clean up of refreshments.

BYOB is permitted so long as all participant sign a liability waiver, provide their own beverages, refreshments are provided, and respect/follow the policies in place for alcohol consumption.

Each gathering is 2.5 hours, 2 hours for the craft and 30 minutes for set-up. For adult parties crafting time ranges from 1.5 hours to 2.0 hours.  For children's birthday parties, craft is 1.5 hours and 0.5 hours for cake and refreshments,  plus 0.5 hours for set-up.

We are happy to host a party any day of the week so long as our workshop calendar permits.  The store will be closed during your event, so we can focus on you and your guests.
