Our goal is to provide you with the comfort that we take your privacy and data seriously by providing the following Privacy Policy as governed by Crafts on the Move, LLC ( as referred to I, our, we, and us throughout this document and craftsonthemove.com) 

• We don’t ask for your personal information unless it is necessary to assist you with your service or purchase.
• We will not share your personal information with anyone, including vendors or third party businesses.
• We do not sell data to businesses for any reason, and we are an adverstisement free website.  
• We don’t store your personal information on our server unless required for the operation of the website and to benefit costumer service. 

We respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website and classes.  By using this website, you agree to be held to the details outlined below.

What We Collect
Our site will request at a minimum an e-mail address and name for specific operations such as email notifications, making purchases, and other operational functions of Crafts on the Move.  Outlined below are the times when we request your information.  We try and limit this only to when it’s absolutely required for the operation of Crafts on the Move or when required by the software and services we use.

Although we limit the frequency we ask for your information, from time to time, we might be required to retain specific data based on the operation of software and services we use to conduct business such as:

• Unidentifiable information collected while browsing the website that will allow us  to provide better products and services.  
• Information when you leave a comment because our site requires an e-mail address at the minimum to be entered. Your name is optional, but is stored if you enter it.
• If you contact us with a question, we will request and retain your email address and other information included on the contact form so that we can respond and track customer service needs.
• If you comment on the blog, we will at the minimum require a name and email address to contact you or respond if you have made comments or questions.  
• If you create an account or subscribe to anything on CraftontheMove.com a name and email address is required as part of the sign-up process.  Please note if you comment on the website or blog, you can create an alternate name to protect your information.
• We will require a name, email, and phone number for all class registrants to send class notifications.

Storing Data and information

Your digital information is stored on GoDaddy.com our hosting website, which does not access your information.  A small portion of your information may be stored on Microsoft365 since it is our hosting email provider.  However, your stored data can only be retrieved by CraftsontheMove.com.  

What We Do With Data
In the event the site operation requires specific data to respond, comment, create an account, etc. we do store the data, but we do not sell or give it to anyone.  If we do not retain some data we may be unable to communicate with you, especially if we need to make adjustments to a class or purchase. 

Furthermore, we use date to better understand how all our website visitors use our site and to have information to enhance the visitors interaction on the site.  We collect non-personally-identifying information (Non-PII) of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. 

Please Note: we never share, sell, or trade data that is obtained from our visitors with other companies or individuals.

Cookies
A cookie is information a website stores on your computer, which the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns.  The process tracks how you move from page to page within the site.   We use cookies to enhance your visit and if they are required for the effective operation of the website.  

• Track logins to account(s). 
• Enhance speed of website operations.   
• Analytics data from GoDaddy.com which helps gather information on what visitors are browsing, thus, allowing us to provide content to enhance your visit.

Visitors can deny cookies,  but will need to follow the prompts from the pop-ups to ensure cookies are not used during your visit to the site.  However, you may not be able to access your Crafts on the Move account or comment on the blog. 

Sharing and Sale of Data
We do not share  or sell your data.

From time to time we might update our Privacy Policy at our discretion.  In the event we make some updates to the Privacy Policy, we will place a notification on the website for a short period of time.  However, if you have questions, or you are unsure if an update(s) has been made, we encourage you to visit this page frequently.  Use of this website is confirmation that you agree to the Privacy Policy and any subsequent updates.
